How you can actively become involved

Without wide-ranging and genuine public support, the Pembrokeshire European Marine Site will not florish and achieve its potential. The relevant authorities need your input - questions, concerns, viewpoints, general information on activities.

In May 1999 an inaugural public meeting was held during which members of the community who were interested in having a say in the future of the SAC formed their own separate Interest Group(s) and requested the formation of a Liaison Forum. The best way for individuals to become actively involved is to approach the most appropriate Interest Group(s).

Interest Groups all come together periodically to meet with the relevant authorities in the Liaison Forum. In this way, issues are able to be heard and shared across the board, and be fed back to the Relevant Authorities Group.

Alternatively individuals may make their views known at a public meeting, or contact the SAC Officer.
